Sales Order Agent is designed to help Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users automate the process of capturing sales orders. The agent uses AI to autonomously perform assigned tasks, keeping users informed about key steps and involving them when necessary. The AI Agent can analyze customer requests received via email and identify the corresponding customer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If a request lacks important information, the agent can initiate multi-turn email conversations to clarify the details. After checking the availability of the requested items, the Sales Order Agent informs the customer and generates a sales quote in PDF format. The quote includes all relevant information, such as requested items, quantities, units of measure, prices, taxes, requested delivery dates, provided external document references and other important details.
Payables Agent automates and simplifies vendor invoice handling, allowing finance teams to avoid manual document processing and rely on AI to streamline the entire payables cycle.
Key capabilities of the Payables Agent:
reads vendor invoices (in PDF or electronic document formats), extracts key data such as the invoice number, vendor ID, date and payment amount and automatically creates purchase invoice drafts;
automatically matches invoices with purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, identifies discrepancies and reduces the risk of human error;
automatically sends invoices to the appropriate approver according to predefined rules;
provides recommendations on payment schedules based on vendor terms, cash flow status or discounts available for early payment;
detects errors using AI, such as mismatched amounts or missing purchase orders and suggests how to resolve them.
