Innoware strengthens its presence in the Middle East

Innoware officially opened an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates – a country that stands among today’s global leaders, serves as an example of sustainable development and has earned a reputation as a leading international business hub.

This strategic decision by Innoware – a Microsoft Partner since 2002 – aligned with Microsoft’s global strategy to strengthen cloud and AI capabilities in the Middle East and a key element toward building a fully digital environment in the UAE.

Mariana Grudzinska has been appointed as Innoware’s General Manager in the UAE.

Mariana has many years of experience in financial consulting, gained at the global firm EY on financial analysis of companies. Her expertise includes financial due diligence and M&A advisory, covering the full project cycle – from the first contact with the client to the preparation of the final report.

As the head of Innoware in the UAE, Mariana Grudzinska will focus on working with local companies and multinational corporations operating  in the UAE to modernize their operations and drive business growth through:
– implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems,
– automation and optimization of business processes based on Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI Services,
– consulting on the use of AI in business,
– migration to Microsoft 365 and working with other cloud services that Innoware specializes in.
